Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Now Showing: Downtown sign was designed by Annie Redfern in conversation with Arts Around Town, an informal group of individuals seeking to advance public art in York. Dan Brahmsteadt offered his wall that sits at the entrance of downtown for the art. The sign harkens to the theater sign from the old downtown theater in downtown York.
The sign was produced in part by a grant from the York County Visitors Bureau (YCVB).
