Human Resources
The Human Resources Director provides HR support for all City Departments, reporting directly to the City Administrator. The HR position oversees all areas of human resources including: the preparation and administration of the personnel rules and regulations, the pay and classification plan, the recruitment and selection program and the development and administration of programs for employee training, safety, health and morale.
