Bills can be paid by mail, in person or the 24-hour drive up drop-box that is located at 100 E 4th Street on the north side of the Municipal Building (north side of the drive).  We offer Automatic bank draft  from your checking account by filling out the Bank Draft Form and submitting it on the Water / Wastewater Service page.

          E-billing can be used with any form of payment

Billing schedule:
The water/wastewater bills are mailed every other month. Each bill is for a two-month period. The water meter is read every other month and bill is computed from that reading. The residential wastewater billing amount is adjusted annually from the water meter billing in the winter months, when your water usage is expected to be at its lowest.

 

To close a water/wastewater account:
Call the Utility Office at 402-363-2600. Have your customer account number ready. If you are moving out of the City, you will need to supply a forwarding address for your final bill and/or deposit refund.
