Blackburn Bridge and Blackburn Avenue Closure Update
Reminder...Construction and street closure to the Blackburn Bridge and Blackburn Avenue area will occur Monday 2/6/2023. The construction and closure is expected to last until mid-August. A map of the construction, closure areas and detour routes are attached. The parking are near the Blackburn Avenue bridge will not be accessible for use.
Work will also begin on Monday 2/6/2023 in some areas to remove identified trees and vegetation from the public right of way. This work will be done to assist the completion of roadway improvements later this spring/summer. These removals are funded by the street project.
